Breakfast and lunch menu for January 2025

These 4th grade Tower Bulldogs, along side 4th grade Bulldogs from Overton Ray, will be showing off their basketball skills tomorrow night at the Burkburnett Bulldogs basketball boys' game. Come support them . As always, all Burkburnett ISD students get in for free! The game starts at 7:30 p.m.!

Our amazing Art Teacher, Ms. Spring, invited her students to cutout a silhouette of their hand so that a Christmas tree could be made for the hallway. It is so beautiful and colorful, and shows how the power of doing things together can make a big impact on our world!

The Braveheart Club had our last meeting until January. We spent some time talking about our Thanksgiving break, and what our winter break will look like. It has been a great year so far, and although some of our members are moving this month, we cherish all of the times we had together. Dates for 2025 meetings will be posted next week. Also, if your child is not currently in the club, and has a grown-up who goes TDY often or is remote or deployed, please sign them up to join us here: https://forms.gle/d7U6nfMAzZ8estk99

Santa and Mrs. Claus came to visit Pre-K 3/4 and Kindergarten students today! We hope you all have a Merry Christmas! 🎅🏽🤶🏼🎄❄️

Come join the Boomtown Babes for Selfies with Santa!

The students at Tower Elementary have been helping our Librarian, Ms. Sanderson decorate the Library Tree. Each grade level colored ornaments that they will take home at Christmas Break! Thank you for all of your very hard work Ms. Sanderson!

2nd Grade STEM Club students were challenged to design reindeer antlers that could pass an ornament from person to person in a relay race. This group of young engineers decided that they wanted to make it extra hard and tape the antlers to their forehead. It was definitely a challenge to remember! ❤️

Last evening was special for the John G. Tower Elementary S2S Club! Thanks to all of YOU, who donated your spare change to our bucket fundraiser to the Fantasy of Lights last week, we were able to present Dr. Stacia Haney, MSU President, with a check for $382! Dr. Haynie warmly welcomed and invited the students into her office, and talked with them about the MSU mustangs behind her desk, and many other things. What an inspiration she is! Thank you to Dr. Audrey Ash and Mrs. Heather Whited for always supporting everything we do!

Dr. Owen will be live on our Burkburnett ISD Facebook page on Monday, December 9th at 6 PM. If you have any questions for Dr. Owen, please ask them here 👇 in the comment section below in advance, and he will address them live.
Please keep all questions focused on policies, processes, or facilities at the district or campus level. Dr. Owen will not be answering any questions about specific personnel or student situations. Dr. Owen will give a district update and then answer your submitted questions. Dr. Owen will end the town hall with a live Q & A that will allow you to ask questions in real-time.
We hope you will take the time to join in on these town halls and we hope you find the information and format beneficial.

Mrs. Rasbury's first grade class participated in pie tasting! After the pie tasting, they voted for their favorite pie and used their graphing skills to determine the winner!

We are so grateful for the support for our military student events, through t-shirt sales, a grant from the Sheppard Spouses' Club, our SAFB 362 supporter, TSgt Burrola, and amazing parents. Today we were able to take our Braveheart Club to Maniac's Mansion to create some smiles and memories. Being a military kid can be tough, but together they are strong.
