Public Information Requests and the information that can be shared within them are governed by Policy GBA (Legal).  That policy can be found under the BISD Board link on the Burkburnett ISD website: Policy Document Link.

The board of trustees of Burkburnett ISD has named days of the calendar as non-business days in regard to filing Public Information requests. These days are considered non-business days and will not be counted toward the 10-day response requirement.
